She does not believe in cookie cutter nutrition and there is no one size fits all when it comes to sports nutrition. Nutrition needs may differ depending on the time of year and training cycle. It is her job as a sports dietitian to help athletes reach their potential and develop a nutrition plan that maximizes their training and recovery.
Katie is currently working as a sports dietitian in Northern Colorado. This includes Fort Collins, Boulder, Greeley, Loveland, Longmont, and Windsor. Katie is available for nutrition counseling through video chat and phone.
